点评:My family of 5 arrive on Saturday December 20 as part of an Air Transat vacation package (13 nights, 14 days). Christmas and New Year for the holidays was something we had never done before as a vacation.
The resort was beautiful, the food was fresh and drinks plentiful for an all inclusive. The employees I met were especially helpful and friendly.
My biggest complaint - the lack of flowing water to shower in either bedroom in bungalow 5. However, we were fortunate to have flowing water for the first 2 days if that is any consolation staying at an Iberostar resort.
Sunday night the water was a trickling in the showers. Customer Service was not very helpful for guests (I was the third person in the line up around 7pm). By noon on Monday, the vacation turned into a nightmare with no running water. It’s now Wednesday December 24, no running water and Air Transat differed me back to Customer Service to change resorts.
What I am noticing is a reduction of guests in the main eating area compared to Monday. Coincident?
It’s been a few hours since my call to Air Transat and conversation with Customer Service at the resort. In my second visit to them, I was told I had to wait for the Customer Service manager to receive a response on my resort transfer request.
Day 5 of 14 and not extremely pleased with my experience.
