Disappointed by weather but still fun

点评：We purchased tickets for Plopsaland a month in advance for Christmas day. Sadly on the day the temperature was between -1 and 0 degrees which meant none of the coasters were open for the day.
With a strict no extentions or refund policy we had no choice but to continue for the day. That being said we made the best of it and still had fun. We did most of the smaller rides which were open, some of which my 10 year old loved. You are able to take your own drinks and snacks into the park. We took our own drinks and purchased snacks and pizza in the park.
Despite the not great experience we will visit again in summer to get the full experience.
If I could offer a suggestion to the park, perhaps consider a refundable ticket purchase option (even if it's at a higher price), maybe also state specifically on your website at which temperatures rides do not operate.. Also your app is not very user friendly, it asks for my ge-location but then cannot direct me from ride to ride or show my current position in the park.
A tip for visitors, if booking tickets in advance in winter be mindful of the cold temperatures.
