点评：We booked a week at keepers cottage red wharf bay for my self and my husband .
We arrived on Friday at 5pm on first impression was as we expected a quaint quirky old cottage .
We dropped off our bags and went out for walk with the dog,the owner messaged me to check all ok - which I gave my honest opinion as yes it was,
After getting back we ate food and settled in for the evening.
Then problems started to arise on closer look there was an awful lot of dust and dog hair on beams light fittings and hard surfaces- but we overlooked it not wanting to spoil our week away.
I was doing an awful lot of sneezing and after a restless night got up with an allergic reaction where my face had swollen so much I had to take antihistamines.We then decided to carry on and try to enjoy our time.
But that evening as we moved a footstool from a wall I noticed an amount of mould on the wall so I know this was the cause of my reaction, my husband then cleaned it away before we took pictures and went looking to see if there was anymore.
He found a huge amount in the downstairs en-suite and it was full of dog hair
We then decided to go home as my allergies were not settling- I messaged the owner to let her know of this .I am allergic to mould.
I then complained through cottages.com also to let them know of the condition.They referred me back to owner.
I then had a bad experience trying to get some sort of apology !!
And was told my cleaning staff would not leave it like that !!
Unfortunately because I felt so ill I didn’t take pictures (I’m 69years old )
But I and my husband still have expectations and standards when we go away and this did not meet it !!!!
So if you go here make sure to check cleanliness and make her aware immediately or it will not change .plus take photo evidence.
So unfortunately we will not return.

那天晚上，我们把脚凳从墙边挪开时，我注意到墙上有一层霉菌，我知道这就是我过敏的原因。我丈夫在拍照前把霉菌清理干净，然后我们又去查看是否还有其他霉菌。
他在楼下的套间浴室里发现了大量的霉菌，而且里面全是狗毛。
由于我的过敏症状没有缓解，我们决定回家。我给房东发了信息告知此事。我对霉菌过敏。
之后，我通过cottages.com网站投诉，告知他们房屋的情况。他们又把我转回给了房东。
之后，我试图得到一些道歉，但过程非常糟糕！
他们竟然说清洁人员不会让房子保持这种状态！
很遗憾，因为我当时感觉很不舒服，所以没有拍照（我已经69岁了）。
但我和我丈夫外出度假时仍然有自己的期望和标准，而这次的住宿体验完全没有达到我们的预期！
所以如果你要去这家店，一定要检查卫生状况，并立即告知店主，否则情况不会改善。另外，最好拍照留证。
很遗憾，我们不会再来了。
