点评：Showed up for my son’s 10th Birthhday with his friends: Had them weighed at scale which was outside where the employee pointed. Mind you it wasn’t busy at all: Paid an extra 100 bucks because the scale said the weight was right for higher level the lay down ride. They go up and get sent back down because they weren’t of weight to ride the bigger one. They were easily of weight to ride the lower level one. First of all, they should be weighed before paying anything and sending them to . (That’s another subject)
After asking for my refund they said I had to manually type in my CC # . I said you took my payment via encryption I’m not typing my cc # back in for refund. They then wouldn’t allow my kids to ride ruining his birthday on the lower level although we paid for a full 100 dollar more. I just said I already overpaid, let them ride and refund my overpay later. They said they can’t.
Paid 220 dollars just to wait in 110 degrees heat for an hr and wouldn’t let my kids ride. Absolutely insane:
