点评：I wish I could give this cinema 0 stars or even minus!
First things first, IT STINKS! Be prepared to inhale sewage for your whole screening. I’ve read through some of the reviews and it appears many people have also complained about this. The most recent one was 4 months ago in December. That review details that this is a problem the staff seemed to be aware of. It’s incredibly unfortunate to see that this has not been yet addressed, maybe the management should reach out to Odeon head office. This is not a nice cinema experience.
Next port of call is the cinema itself, the facilities and chairs. The toilets are not cleaned at all with hair and grime all around the sinks and also cubicles left in a state, they’re also rundown many taps don’t work and soap not replaced.
Onto the facilities inside the theatre, well it’s an old Odeon, so expect rundown chairs with old worn out fabric. Also another cleanliness point here, as also mentioned in many of these reviews is that the theatre before a screening has definitely without a doubt not been cleaned. Expect the person who sat on the chair before you’ crumbs, rubbish and dirt. It’s probably cleaner to sit on the Thames link than these chairs.
This cinema is well out of date. It’s not looked after. There’s so many good detailed reviews on here of customers experiences, giving good feedback to whoever may oversee the management of the cinema. But even since the first review in 2014, there’s been no response from Odeon Hatfield.
It would be good to see that these complaints and feedback are being addressed rather than ignored.
