点评：Unfortunately I cannot recommend esf at all. My son had an awful experience. I booked him in for 6 morning ski lessons. He didn’t enjoy them from day one, said they didn’t really teach him much and the teacher was very shouty. He said the lessons were no fun at all. On day 5, my son came over to me almost in tears after his lesson. He said he had fell over and whilst he was lay on the floor, his teacher had threw a snowball in his face and shouted at him that he had had enough of him. He said the teacher had said many things and shouted at him. This teacher was fabrice. I tried to find him to speak to him but he wasn’t there so I spoke with a manager. We agreed to speak together in the morning with fabrice. Next day, fabrice and the manager came over, I asked why he had thrown a snowball in my son’s face. He was instantly aggressive and leaning down and forward into my face. He basically said that my son had messed around all week , he threw a snowball at his leg as a joke. Basically a load of nonsense. He became very loud and aggressive and wouldn’t let me talk. I turned to the manager and explained my son would not be going with this man again, if he is happy to stand here shouting at me aggressively then goodness knows what’s he’s like with the children up the mountain. The manager agreed to move my son to another group, but fabrice would not leave, he still kept talking in my face . I had to ask the manager to ask him to leave and get away from me. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable behaviour from an instructor. Fabrice completely ruined my sons week and skiing experience . What an awful aggressive man.
