Horrible Management and Rude staff at Palais Threate

点评：First time at Palais threate. Never again.
Rude staff / poor management
I went to the XLOV concert. The doors were supposed to open at 6, ended up opening 2.5 hours later due to faulty tech difficulties. And the soundcheck didnt start for ATLEAST snother 30 minutes.
When the artist preformed we all got our phones out and recorded, when they said we couldn’t record they individually went to each person they could find to delete, when a lady came up to me and my friend to delete, we deleted the video and I asked her LOUD and CLEAR TWICE if we were allowed to record at all or only during the soundcheck, she completed ignored me and walked off.
Since the Hi-Touch and photos wirh the artist was delayed TILL 1 AM, it was rushed, I had accidently dropped my freebies and I was frantically collecting them, holding cue, nobody seemed to mind but a staff on my ass said “Im sorry we need to keep the cue going” She gave me more anxiety and stress that the audience around me had to tell her to calm down and thats it’s okay and helped me. No human decency, Im not leaving my hours of work behind.
Transulator couldnt even transulate. The artist themselves said “wow I’ll have 2 jobs today.”
Performance was good, and they did let us inside even though the show didnt start because it was cold. The management was horrible and the staff were RUDE.

由于与艺人的击掌和合影环节一直拖到凌晨1点，整个过程非常匆忙。我不小心把赠品弄掉了，正手忙脚乱地捡起来，同时还要排队。似乎没人介意，但一个工作人员却在我身后说：“不好意思，我们需要保持队伍畅通。” 她的话让我更加焦虑和紧张，周围的观众不得不让她冷静下来，说没关系，并帮我捡东西。真是毫无礼貌，我可不想丢掉我几个小时的劳动成果。
