点评：Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with Ardencote.
Our spa booking was cancelled at very short notice due to a heating failure, which was understandably frustrating but not the main issue. The real problem has been the lack of communication and follow-up afterwards. Despite contacting the team and being told I would be updated, I have received no response and there is still no sign of the promised refund.
This situation was completely outside of our control and caused a lot of unnecessary hassle. The cancellation itself was inconvenient enough, but being left chasing for a refund with no clear communication has been extremely disappointing.
I would expect much better customer service and clearer communication, especially when a booking is cancelled by the venue. At this current moment I am still chasing for a response regarding a refund and I am unsure I would trust them as a spa venue in the future.
