点评：I visited the spa prior to the remodel, and it was a fantastic experience. However, going back this time, the spa experience was not as great.
My fiance and I bought two separate spa packages, and both the facials and pedicures were very good. I was disappointed in the massage experience compared to my partner who had a better experience. My masseuse did not ask about pressure levels, check in on my experience, or seemed interested in my massage. I was given a very light body graze almost like you would give a dog as a good pet. I kept expecting the intensity to increase or for the masseuse to ask about the pressure, but she did not. It was the one service I was looking forward to the most, and it was so incredibly lackluster.
Their outside jacuzzi and heated pool feature was broken. When I brought this up to the front desk, the receptionist was aware, but never once mentioned this issue to us when we checked it or saw us in our bathing suits heading out. Again, another thing I was looking forward to that was incredibly disappointing.
When I went back to my locker to change, I discovered someone changed my locker code. I was unable to access my locker, and I had to ask someone for assistance. When they opened my locker, they saw the code, and it was not the one I double checked prior to leaving. Luckily, my partner had my phone and cash, so nothing was stolen.
Lastly, the spa previously offered complimentary alcoholic beverages, but that policy has since changed. Even if we needed to purchase our drinks, the service was never provided. I asked about it, and I was told it was an option to order, but no one arrived to take our order the 4 hours were there.
We spent over $600 for these packages, but overall, I felt we did not get as great service or amenity access for the price. It was very disappointing and I hope this review is looked into, especially given my locker issue and possible tampering.
