点评：We were the only people who visited the entire day apparently.
House was interesting but we felt that there wasn't really a consistent story or a guide that went from one room nicely towards the next.
Garden was nice enough but no idea why they charge separately to see it - it's nothing to write home about.
Slightly miffed at paying full rate despite me clearly being mobility disabled (and husband my 'carer') - we weren't even offered the option before it was rung up. As we like to support small organisations (we felt sad to hear we had been the only visitors all day), plus it was only £8 additional, we paid it. Lesson for staff though - ask before you assume!
There is building work going on at the moment - didn't affect our visit, but do check the website before you visit (and maybe call to double check!)
