点评:The whole experience was chaos from day 1. No one knew what was going on. My daughter was put in an all French speaking group despite me asking for her to be put in an English speaking group. He made little or no effort to communicate with her and then at the end of the week told her she wasn’t good enough to progress. It ca be a great experience when she’s left in tears at the end. It’s a holiday! I had another son who missed a whole lesson when all the lifts were shut and the teacher left before half the class arrived. Not telling any colleagues or calling me. After 30 mins of trying to find the class in the chaos I managed to find an ESF instructor who had his number. I was told they were too far away now for my son to join. Complaining to the ESF office was a waste of time. I’ve put my children in Espirit and Oxygen in the past and the experience is far better. Overall expensive, low customer service and disoriented!
