点评:Booked premium seats and a Ruby package for drinks and snacks etc thst cost £40 each. Poor inefficient level of attitude, no idea what hospitality was so the guy who appeared to be more interested in his phone could t be bothered. I asked about what there was as part of the package and he pointed to chocolate buttons and crisps! Never received the required interval drink or snacks. No class or service so I asked for my money back and once I explained the problems there was no issue for the refund. Why put up with unacceptable service and a breach of what I paid for. The show was brilliant and it was the theatre staff that spoilt what should have been a lovely experience. ( try using the lion king hospitality to know the difference if true service and quality) instead we got basic poor treatment for £80.
