Great golf, terrible experience.
Manitou Ridge Golf Club的点评
点评：Eight of us came for for golf at 2:30 and food. We were told that there are no food or drinks until the 8th hole. The 8th hole restaurant was... closed. No food until we get to the club house. We get to the club house at 7. Pretty hungry. Food arrived at 9:30!!!! It was the worst service I've ever received at any restaurant. When we needed drinks, we had to go up and ask for a waitress. When our food was an hour late, I had to go up and ask what was up. When our food was 2 hours late, I had to go to the bar to ask what the heck was going on. They made some platitudes. We waited some more. We had to go ask for waitresses for drinks. No service at all without asking for it.
Finally our food came. We were assured that our bills would reflect the atrocious service. Some of our guys got their drinks removed, mine had an extra drink. Another friend had two extra drinks. This was the worst food and golf experience I've ever had in my life. When I asked for the manager at the end of the night, I was informed she left 5 minutes before and left her waitress to have to explain the terrible experience to us. This lack of accountability shows a deep issue at this course. Meanwhile the golfing was great.
Would love to discuss with a manager that hasn't abandoned their employees.
