点评：Ordered our lunch and waited & waited & waited. Thought...wow, this is taking a lot of time. People ordered & picked up. Finally, another lady waiting inquired about food on the counter ready to be picked up. It wasn't hers, it was ours!!!! NO ONE CALLED OUR NAME! We stood by the soda cooler the entire time waiting. This place keeps getting worse every time we go. The gal who took our order had no personality, heck she hardly communicated and we only got a sense she was tuned into the present time by a quick fake smile at the end of paying. I asked a question when ordering. Instead of saying let me check or some kind of communication, she walked away and there we stood with 1/2 our order in. Chili was good. Sandwich was good. The onion roll was fresh. The roll with the chili was not, it was stale (or maybe that is the was the artisan bread is supposed to taste). They must have dropped giving you a pickle with your sandwich. It's a crap shoot here anymore, sadly.

翻译：点了午餐后，我们就一直等着、等着、再等着。心想……天哪，这要花这么长时间啊。其他人点了餐后也都去取餐了。最后，另一位也在等候的女士询问柜台上那些可以取走的餐食是谁的。那些不是她的，而是我们的！！！竟然没人叫我们的名字！我们一直站在饮料冷藏柜旁等待。每次来这家店，情况都越来越糟糕。为我们点餐的那个女孩毫无热情可言。天哪，她几乎不怎么交流；直到结账时她勉强挤出一个假笑，我们才感觉到她其实是在留意当下的情况。点餐时我问了一个问题，可她既没有说“让我确认一下”之类的回应，反而直接走开了。于是我们就那样站着，手里只拿到了一半的订单。辣酱不错，三明治也很好吃。洋葱卷很新鲜，但浇了辣酱的那个卷则不新鲜了，有点发硬（或许这就是手工面包该有的口感吧）。他们肯定不再在三明治里加泡菜了。可惜，现在在这里这一切都靠运气了。
