点评：We have stayed at some wonderful places all over this world and did expect The Scarlet Hotel to be a 5 star experience, and it was. However, there is something magical about this place, that lifts it to a number one spot.
If you love spa relaxation, amazing friendly service, beautiful surroundings, The Scarlet Spa achieves this effortlessly, in its design, ethos and execution.
Visually, it is a treat for the mind. Beautiful design and clean lines in the pool and area, look out on to the inevitable discovery you will make, as the paths wind to the reed pool, sauna and wooden hot tubs.
Dark smudgy colors int the landscape, echo the earth colours chosen for its spa rooms and spa facilities. The landscape is breathtaking, with native plants and thoughtful built environment literally around you everywhere. You can see and hear the ocean in the garden and relaxation areas. I found this grounding and peaceful. The Spa keep the numbers low. This is very important for a spa to manage. The lack of volume of people, rests the senses straight away and feels private in a shared space.
The spa treatment is the ultimate experience. We had a to tub and copper bath choice and ended the day with a treatment. The therapist will guide you to discover what you want to feel like or need, with a personal consultation that is like no other. Equilibrium from a busy mind or life.
I had a head massage, foot massage and shoulder massage. The Oula products are heady and enveloping. I have to mention and thank my therapist, Holly. She is next level. Professional, knowledgeable, exceptional. This is hands down, the best spa treatment I have ever had. Holly could work anywhere in the world and I was so lucky to have my treatment with this wonderful person.
On to food. The restaurant is casually styled, which is true of Michelin stars restaurants we have been to, it doesn’t need to be stiff and intense, to enjoy really good food. You can dress up or goin your robe, everything is grounded in what you want from the day. Perfectly composed, you will need an hour to enjoy, at least.
The service from the arrival team and Spa reception was excellent- so welcoming, and professional , it set the tone of our experience.
On arrival, our car was whisked off and we left the world behind for a whole day.
