点评：We stayed at the Chardon Villa operated by Saint Martin De Bellevue Self Catered chalets. The Chalet was lovely and clean however for the first 48 hours of our rental we had no heat and one of those days it rained all day with the temperature never rising above 13.7C inside our chalet. It was uncomfortable and very cold inside and out. We of course contacted Emma and Gavin immediately as well as trying to rectify the problem ourselves to no avail. We asked for compensation for our discomfort and inconvenience and none was provided. For a luxury accommodation I was very disappointed that they felt we were not entitled to any. So while they did attempt to rectify the situation it was not resolved for 48 hours at our expense. So book with a company that is fair to their clientele. Of the various ski areas in the three valleys our family of adults 30years+all agreed that we enjoyed being in Saint Martin de Bellevue overall for convenience and atmosphere. We did ski into all the other mountain areas as well and would definitely return next year to Saint Martin de Bellevue again. Families with young children I would recommend Menuires area.We were 20 min drive away but could ski there right from Saint Martin De Bellevue. Loved the Skiing and area immensely!
