Mercier Orchards的点评
点评：We went to Mercier Orchards not knowing what to expect. Our group had 4 adults & 5 children, 2 of them with food allergies. My plan was to have Hot Apple Cider & donuts.
The store is large and FULL of Mercier Apple products and other things. We brought home their Apple Butter. Its a large area store and a fun, upbeat atmosphere. We waited till we got through half the store to get our treats.
It's always so disappointing to know places don't have allergy free treats for the kids but they just accept it, even at 5 & 7 years old. BUT... I asked unexpectedly at the bakery if they had anything dairy, nut, peanut free and to my surprise THEY DID!!! The Apple and the cherry hand pies were what our family calls "Jude Safe". It was such a beautiful blessing watching those babies enjoy their treats along with us. Our granddaughter even licked the paper hers was on. We also all had Hot Apple Cider.
They have the Bakery, a place to sit and enjoy your treats and a separate place for the Cider.
They have just about every Apple you can think of grown & sold there, many I had never heard of. They even have an apple sampling desk where someone will give you a slice of your apple of choice.
We didn't have the time or energy for the tour but perhaps we'll do that next time.
This is recommended for a family outing.
