Hook Lighthouse的点评
点评：We love the Hook Lighthouse so much that we go a couple of times a year - we bring overseas guests, and go ourselves for a weekend away or day out periodically.
It's a truly beautiful peninsula to drive through and the view from the lighthouse is spectacular.
The staff are wonderful - they care so much about the history of the place, and you can tell they all have their own areas of special interest/expertise. Every tour I've done, I've learned something new.
The cafe has lovely fresh food, the facilities are clean, and the small but mighty gift shop has a really thoughtful selection of books, prints/postcards, local preserves, lighthouse memorabilia, plenty of things for kids, and more. It's curated by staff so it's always changing and expanding. We find something special to take home every time!
Apart from the tour, you can enjoy a picnic outside, there's a play area for kids, and plenty of space so no matter how busy it gets, it never feels crowded or loses it's beauty.
