Great facility, terrible customer service

点评：This is such a fun, creative place for families and kids. My daughter is 3, and she loves coming to visit. However, every visit we have made, the staff members have been rude, snippy and very inhospitable.
Today, we were party of about 15, with several small children, 3 and under. At 5:00 when they closed, we were making our way toward the exit, and the team leader for that day came behind us, waving our hands and saying that they were closed and asking us to “speed it up” exact words. Our entire party was floored. It wasn’t like we were loitering after closing, we were actively moving toward the exit.
When I asked to speak to a manager, so was informed that the lady who had told us to speed it up was the manager.
At the front desk I was told that their manager was in fact, not there, but that we had spoken to the team leader.
This is not the only time the staff members have been rude, just our most recent experience.
It’s unfortunate. This place has the potential to be such a family friendly place, but the staff members definitely take away from the general experience.
