点评:I want to start this by saying I have a lot of respect for what Tablas Creek has done and is trying to do with regards to sustainability and championing Rhone varieties in California. I only wish that they could extend that same respect (and instill that same respect in their tasting room staff) towards other perspectives on winemaking and agriculture. Organic certification doesn't neccessarily make your wine or agricultural practices "better"than those that follow other practices, or those who might need to use all tools available to preserve vines and ecosystem in response to a drastically changing climate. There are many ways to acheive the same goal, and looking down on other methods to get to the same goal doesn't do the industry any service.
In the end, I left the tasting room less enthusiastic about the organization than when I arrived, and that defeats the purpose of the tasting room, no? Less proselytizing and (at least the appearance of) more understanding and welcome would work wonders.

最后,我离开品酒室时对组织的热情不如刚来时那么高,这违背了品酒室的目的,不是吗?少一些说教,多一些理解和欢迎(至少表面上如此)会产生奇迹。
