An Absolutely Unforgettable Experience – Miguel Was Exceptional!

点评：Where do I even begin? Our Hawk Walk with the Ireland School of Falconry at the magnificent Ashford Castle estate was nothing short of extraordinary! Of all the wonderful experiences we enjoyed during our visit to Ireland, this was undoubtedly one of the most memorable.
Our falconer, Miguel, was absolutely outstanding. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about these magnificent birds, but his warm, engaging personality made the entire experience that much more special. He generously shared his professional expertise, answered our questions, and made us feel as though we were spending time with a friend rather than simply participating in a scheduled activity. In fact, Miguel continued chatting with us well after his shift had ended. That kind of genuine enthusiasm and dedication speaks volumes about the person he is.
What particularly impressed me was the extraordinary kindness and patience Miguel showed my 80-year-old mother-in-law, who participated in the experience alongside us. He went above and beyond to ensure she was comfortable, never rushed her, and gave her all the time and attention she needed to fully enjoy both the walk and handling the birds. His thoughtfulness meant a great deal to our family.
And then there were the birds themselves! Having Harris's hawks fly through the beautiful surroundings and land directly on our gloved hands was an incredible thrill. We also had the unexpected pleasure of flying a magnificent great grey owl, which made an already remarkable experience even more unforgettable. There is simply something magical about interacting so closely with these extraordinary creatures.
The Ashford Castle estate provides an absolutely breathtaking setting, making the entire experience feel like something out of a storybook.
Perhaps the greatest compliment I can offer is that my wife, who thoroughly enjoyed every moment, described it as the best experience of her life! That alone should tell you just how special this was.
