You ruined our weekend plans! Will never return!

点评：We drove 4 hours to ride the Gondola up the mountain and when we got there it was closed due to high winds and it wasn't very windy, it was a beautiful day and when we got there, there was this rude staff member walking around saying you can call our customer service number if you like or we could get you a gift card to the restaurant on site or you could stand in this very long line to ride the alpine slide. After spending $160 on a private Gondola for my son's birthday. We will never come back up here. This was a huge disappointment and a very sad moment for my family. Maybe send out an email the day of stating the ride could be shut down or post it online and make it known its a possibility it could shut down and ruin your weekend plans.1000% disappointed. Do better!
