点评：I called SMO the afternoon of 7/19/26 to ask questions about the tours. The lady who answered the phone said something about putting me on hold to get me an address - except I didn't ask for that. I held for a few minutes, then hung up and called back. She then told me she was on another call, and I said "ok, I'll hold" and she said "goodbye" and hung up. I accidently called back a third time (truly I had moved on and was trying to call back a different rafting group but got the numbers mixed.) She answered again, and recognized my voice, as I did her, but thought maybe this was call cetner that answers for multiple tour groups or the group went by multiple names. I asked her if she could talk [now] and she cancelled the call again (!!) maybe on the premise that she didn't answer for multiple companies. In any case, she was not interested in the least to helping me with my questions - she gave a terrilbe impression of the company and I booked with a different group.
翻译：2026年7月19日下午，我给SMO打电话询问有关旅游线路的问题。接电话的女士说要把我转接到其他线路以获取地址——可我根本没有要求提供地址。我等待了几分钟，之后挂断电话又重新拨了过去。这时她告诉我她正在接另一个电话，我说：“好的，我等着。”结果她说了声“再见”便挂断了电话。后来我不小心又拨了第三次电话（真的，我当时已经准备去联系另一家漂流公司了，只是把电话号码记混了）。她再次接听电话，她也认出了我的声音，我也听出了她的声音。不过我猜想这或许是一个为多个旅游团提供服务的呼叫中心，或者这个旅游团有多个名称。我询问她现在能否通话，结果她又挂断了电话（！！）大概是因为她并不想为多家公司接听电话吧。不管怎样，她完全不想帮我解答疑问——她给这家公司的印象糟糕至极，于是我最后选择了另一家旅行社。
