点评:Green Stone set up all hotels, transfers and activities in a decent manner.
However, we never had a bilingual guide which Green Stone promised. Our guide, as sweet and charming as he is, did not speak English well enough to be our guide. We thought his customer service skills needed some improvement. He was a fine driver.
Because of his poor English he unfortunately mislead us on several different occasions. Because of the same reason, our visit to Manuel Antonio was disappointing.
All of our information on Costa Rica's history and culture came from the internet.
I don't see my dissatisfaction with this trip as a driver's fault. I think Greenstone is fully responsible for vetting competent guides . From our experience, it is very difficult for an English speaking group to be fully engaged with a guide with limited English speaking skills.
Another detail:
During my communications with Green Stone adventures via WhatsApp were promised a minivan as a transportation.
We (4 adults) ended up in a 20 Toyota 4 runner.
At the end of our trip we were asked for feedback, which we provided. We got no response to it
