点评:Tobago plantation, what a shame !i visit your resort as a guest for 3 nights 3 days , it was the worst experience in my life , there was no one to welcome us at the entrance , the check in took forever , we got to the rooms , you not offer some complimentary water for the guest to drink , the room was horrible , it was not prepare for the guest , there was garbage in the bin so that tell me the cleaner did not pay attention , no warm water in the shower , the mattress look like it was there forever , you were sinking , the toilet bowls was not scrub the bowls were dirty with yellow stains or water stains it was disgusting to look at , NO HOT WATER IN ALL THE ROOMS , the furniture were so airy to sit in , the materials were broken and dirty. , In our room there were two towels for three persons , the overall look of the grounds , furnitures , was disrespectful for guest paying so much money , there was a cat for the three days in the breakfast area My friends and i were having breakfast with the black bird flying from table to table .
The restaurant on our table some members had to ask for cutlery , both restaurants had menu display that was not available for gust to eat , i met two guest at your hotel who randomly had a discussion and they were VERY unhappy ,they asked to speak with the manager and they refused to speak and resolved issues with their guest , one guest had 13 family member , everything was so disgusting they made a decision to leave the hotel before time and go back Trinidad on the boat (they came from the US)PLEASE DO BETTER !THIS EXPERIENCE IS NOT ACCETABLE FOR GUEST TRAVELING FROM INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES TO YOUR HOTEL TO HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE.
