Amazing, informative sourdough workshop

点评:I had such an amazing time at the Keep It Simple Sourdough workshop! Vicky is incredibly knowledgeable and so passionate about sharing her expertise with her students, which really shines through in every part of the day.
The workshop is hands-on and interactive from start to finish—we even got to mill ancient grains ourselves and learn about every stage of the process. We made flatbreads for lunch and enjoyed them with a delicious fresh salad, which was a lovely touch.
Everything was explained step by step, from the sourdough fermentation process to baking our own loaves. We also got to take home a starter and some dough, so we can start practising straight away, which I absolutely loved.
It was such a fun, informative, and inspiring day. I’m already looking forward to seeing what other workshops will be coming up next!
This was also the first sourdough workshop held in the new premises, which are absolutely perfect—stunning space and beautiful surroundings too. The whole day felt like a real treat!

这也是在新场地举办的第一场酸面包工作坊,新场地简直完美——空间宽敞,环境优美。这一天过得非常愉快!
