Our Favorite Resort in Egypt!

点评：We have just returned from our third holiday at Neverland, and once again, we were truly impressed.
Every time we visit, we can see that the resort continues to invest, improve and add new attractions, especially for children. Since our last stay in autumn, many rooms have been renovated and several new games and activities have been introduced. It is wonderful to see how much the resort continues to grow and improve with every visit.
This time, we stayed for 10 days and had another fantastic holiday. The facilities for children are excellent, the shows are entertaining, the food is varied and delicious, and the cleanliness was outstanding. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, hardworking and always ready to help. Their dedication and positive attitude make every stay even more enjoyable.
We stayed in Area A, in the 1000 rooms, and we were very lucky to have Wael Taha taking care of our room. We were extremely pleased with his work. Every day, he surprised our children with different towel animals and decorations, which made them so happy. A special thank you to Wael for his kindness, creativity and excellent service!
If we could suggest just two small improvements, they would be these. We were a little disappointed that ice cream is now available only in the evening, between 7:00 and 9:00 p.m. During our previous visits, it was available throughout the day, which was much more convenient, especially for families with children.
We would also love to see the option of collecting and returning beach towels directly at Dana Beach. Since it is part of the same Pickalbatros resort chain, this would make visiting the beach much more convenient, as guests would not need to carry their towels back and forth on the shuttle bus.
Apart from these two small suggestions, we have nothing but praise for Neverland. It remains our favorite resort in Egypt, and we are already looking forward to our next holiday here!
