Appalling reception staff.

点评：Booked with love holiday a discrepancy on their paperwork, resulted in having us having to pay an extra £1500 on arrival. Pay full or leave we were told.
Tour operator trying to sort out by phone as ot was 2am, staff refused to answer the phone to them. Till 9am. Refunded the following morning. No appoligie. Offered a fruit basket and a stocked mini fridge as compensation. Its an all inclusive resort fruit is freely avalible, fridge was already full.
Bungalows as a room allocation can be a 1st floor appartment.
Cleaning plentiful but ineffective. Bath towels uses to wipe windows and surfaces in bedrooms.
Mop is a T shaped thing with an old towel over, and used in stright lines, used nearly dry, over vast areas without rinsing or renewing. No sweeping/ vacuum so just pushing dirt around. Scrubbing machines used dry indoors. And water not changed outdoors.
Pools have a greasy tide mark. Lifeguards are skimming debris out constantly though. Limited sunbeds our pool had 53 rooms of 2/3/4 person occupancy, and 46 sun loungers. With the whole towel saving thing from dawn.
Under 10 year old will probably think they are in heaven with loads of purple neon lights, fairground rides and fluffy characters. Over 10s may find it a bit much.
Meals are a loud free for all, self serve buffet, its busy, with long queues, lots of pushing in. meat is over cooked and dry. Lots of choice from all nations, served on Melamine plates and paper cups, unless you can find a waiter. When you can have a glass./ China cup, dining chairs are all hard plastic , think posh garden not restaurant.
If your expecting a (British) 4 ☆ hotel service you will be disappointed. This is a massive resort and the personal touch and attention to detail has been lost. Feels more like 2☆ with some great amenities.

泳池里有一条油腻腻的潮痕。救生员一直在不停地清理泳池里的杂物。泳池边的日光浴床位有限，我们泳池边有53间可容纳2/3/4人的房间，却只有46张日光浴躺椅。从清晨开始，大家就得争相抢着用毛巾。
10岁以下的孩子可能会觉得这里像天堂一样，到处都是紫色的霓虹灯、游乐设施和毛茸茸的卡通人物。10岁以上的孩子可能会觉得有点太过了。
用餐是嘈杂的自助餐，人很多，排着长队，还经常有人推搡。肉都烤过头了，很干。菜品种类繁多，来自世界各地，但除非你能找到服务员，否则都是用密胺餐盘和纸杯盛装的。如果能找到服务员，你就可以拿到玻璃杯/瓷杯了。餐椅都是硬塑料的，感觉像是在高档花园而不是餐厅里。
如果你期待的是（英国）四星级酒店的服务，那你肯定会失望。这是一个规模庞大的度假村，缺乏个性化的服务和对细节的关注。感觉更像是二星级酒店，虽然有一些不错的设施。
