First Class Diving with Dodo Divers

点评：We spent a wonderful four days diving with Dodo Divers, based out of the Zilwa Attitude Resort in Calodyne, North Mauritius, and the experience exceeded our expectations.
As dive professionals who have both worked in and managed dive centres, we’re always particularly aware of what it takes to deliver a truly first-class guest experience. Dodo Divers absolutely delivered on this.
A special shoutout goes to the fantastic crew. Our dive guide, Damien, was exceptional—attentive, highly supportive with gear setup, and brilliant underwater, pointing out an incredible array of marine life including beautifully camouflaged leaf scorpionfish, octopuses, and nudibranchs. Boat captain Cedric navigated each journey with ease and confidence, supported by instructors and guides Annecy, Pascal, and Jean Luc. At all times, safety was clearly the top priority—handled seamlessly and without ever feeling overbearing, exactly as it should be.
The dive sites themselves were stunning and comparable to some of the best we’ve experienced in the Indian Ocean, including Zanzibar and the Maldives. Healthy coral, abundant fish life—fusiliers, parrotfish, trevallies, unicornfish—and excellent macro encounters made every dive rewarding. The Djabeda Wreck and surrounding Coin de Mire dive sites were particular highlights.
What truly stood out, however, was how well the entire team worked together. From lively music and dancing on the boat to focused briefings and smooth dive organisation, the atmosphere struck the perfect balance between fun and professionalism. Dodo Divers delivers a genuinely memorable, safe, and enjoyable diving experience—one we would highly recommend.
