The Royal Inn Pub Horsebridge的点评
点评：It was great to visit my local pub after 3 years oversees...England, Cornwall, is experiencing the hottest summer ever so The Royal at Horsebridge was as busy as always...food, outstanding. Ambiance,as you would expect from a country Inn. Service, food - nobody minds waiting for quality. However, you wouldn't expect to wait 15 minutes for a drink!!!
1 member of staff serving behind the bar DOESN'T WORK!!! NEEDS TO CHANGE...customers sympathising with staff who are run off their feet isn't a good vibe...
The staff are clearly trying their best however, the sense of people's frustration having to wait so long is palpable...
Whoever, is managing the staffing requirements for both the kitchen and bar are clearly putting profit before customer service.
I can only thank the staff for making our visit a pleasurable one.
Thanks the Gary, Master Chef, Clair and Beth....see you in a couple of years...

负责厨房与酒吧人员调配的人显然把利润置于顾客服务之上。
我只能衷心感谢这些员工，是他们让我们的到访变得愉快。
