A VERY POOR EXPERIENCE FOR A SUNDAY ROAST

点评：We booked a Sunday Roast last Sunday. My wife and I came together with our two friends who travelled from Spain. The experience was very disappointing. The guest beer had sold out as had the Hawsbridge beer. Our first Guinness was very good but the second following the change of barrel tasted of disinfectant. Although the young lady serving at the bar was very pleasant their appeared to be a shortage of staff and the overall service was slow.
Three of us ordered the Sunday roast from the menu that was very limited in choice.
When the meals arrived there were no yorshire puddings which had apparently sold out and the meal arrived very luke warm or cold. We raised this issue and assumed that the meals were heated up again in the microwave. The beef served however was very tender but although one beef had been requested to be rserved rare. this was denied.
The overall experience was very disappointing and we left without a smile.
My wife and I have called in on other occassions to find the overall experience quite the opposite.
