点评：A member of my family had recommended The Gerrard Arms. I booked in advance for my friends and I. We were looking forward to getting together as friends and looking forward to having nice food. We walked into the pub and saw staff behind the bar who made no attempt to approach us only when I asked where our table was. A young female staff member who took our orders was lovely but somewhat dozy. Had to ask her a few times for several things as she failed to use any initiative. If you are a vegetarian or vegan, you are going to be disappointed. There are no vegan options at all and very few vegetarian options either. I had fish and chips, the chips were lovely but the fish was tastless and appeared to somewhat undercooked as it was quite pale. One of my friends thought her lasagne was nice and friends who had chips remarked that they were very nice. Toilets were very clean and the atmosphere was noisy at times considering there weren't that many people there. Family behind us had a noisy dog and equally noisy child and it was more peaceful when they had left. Overall, the food is nothing special and we won't be going there again.
