点评：We were warmly greeted by William Sitwell (the owner) and immediatly offered drinks.
We had booked a table for lunch to try out this new venue as a "Gamekeeper turned poacher" in the hospitailty trade.
Wiviliscombe in the heart of Exmoor.
A very comfortable ambience and an air of calm pervaded.
One of our party had the mackerel (one of the best ever)! two others had Gnocci which was deemed mouthwatering
Local venison was happily consumed by the fourth member of the party in a show of solidarity with the local suroundings and that it is the best and most nutritious of meats.
One quest asked for a Ginger wine (nominated driver) but was informed that it was not avaiable but when discussion arose about how much it was enjoyed by the guest a glass of Ginger wine shortly materialised!! What service.!
Our waitress was very friendly and efficient without being over effusive and nothing appeared too much trouble.
Given the problems caused by Reeves to the hospitality trade we can only wish this new venture well since West Somerset is the hidden jewel of the West country

鉴于里夫斯给餐饮业带来的种种问题，我们衷心祝愿这家新店生意兴隆，因为西萨默塞特郡是英格兰西部地区的一颗璀璨明珠。
