Nothe Fort的点评
点评：Have wanted to visit Nothe Fort for ages & am beyond pleased that I’ve finally visited.
Visited in November when they’ve got the impressive & moving “standing With Giants” exhibition on display.
The stars aligned for our visit as it was a sunny & not very windy day.
We arrived early & parked easily in one of the nearby car parks.
A short walk & we reached the entrance. Small queue, that moved quite slowly (tip would be to perhaps get your ticket online)
Reasonable priced entrance fee which gives you a years access to the fort.
Staff & volunteers were so helpful & friendly throughout our visit.
Even though we were visiting on remembrance weekend & it considering it was a glorious sunny day it was not too busy & we were able to explore all the areas we wanted to.
It is fabulously maintained & so interesting.
The views of the coast are spectacular.
The current exhibition is incredibly moving & well worth visiting. We will however definitely go back again.
It is also completely dog friendly throughout.
