LMCU Ballpark的点评
点评：We spent a couple of nights here as we came from Illinois to attend the Megan Moroney concert at the arena, so we were looking for something to do. It was Star Wars night, so it was sold out. I purchased parking in advance and was told just to park anywhere, which I can’t remember going to other sporting events. There was a large line as there was a giveaway, but the lines moved quickly.
One thing I noticed is that even when the stadium was still only half full, the concourse was full and it was hard to get around, so it was not a good sign. Also, during the game, I walked around and the concession lines were filled from the window all the way back to the seating area, so the traffic flow was poor. I went to two or three different stands and outside of the beer one, the workers were slow so that only made things worse. I was surprised to see no vendors in the stands, as that is sorely needed as that would help.
I was looking to get a souvenir, and I received an email the day before and it showed a patriotic hat that looked good. However, when I went into the team store, there were two left and since it was not in my size, I was out of luck so they should have had more in stock.
They also had fireworks and they really dragged it out before they started. One quirky thing they did to kill time it’s a tradition (for grins I checked YouTube and they were doing it at least 13 years ago) that they dance to the song ‘Walk the dinosaur’ and it was funny as they had many of the staff, mascots, and some even players participate in it. The fireworks, however, were a disappointment as I am not sure if it was even 10 minutes long. A good number of people left before, likely because they saw this before and already knew it wasn’t worth it and wanted to beat the traffic.
Based off the overall experience, probably wouldn’t come back if ever back in town, unless it was perhaps during the week and then likely the crowds would be smaller.

他们还放了烟花，但开始前拖了很久。为了打发时间，他们搞了个挺有意思的环节：跳“Walk the Dinosaur”这首歌，这好像是个传统（我特意去YouTube查了一下，发现他们至少13年前就开始这么做了）。很多工作人员、吉祥物，甚至一些球员都参与其中，场面挺搞笑的。不过，烟花表演却让人失望，我甚至怀疑它都没持续10分钟。很多人提前离开了，可能是因为他们之前就看过类似的表演，知道不值得去看，而且也想避开交通高峰。
根据整体体验来看，如果以后有机会再来这个城市，我可能不会再来了，除非是工作日，那样的话人可能会少一些。
