Very helpful and friendly security staff

点评：Visited this shopping outlet whilst in the area and parked in the car park opposite, it was easy to cross the road there was a crossing in just the right spot.
We entered the shopping complex and my husband asked two security guards if we might hire a wheelchair as I have a broken leg and walking around was not an option. They were absolutely brilliant and could not have been more friendly and helpful. They offered a mobility scooter and showed me how to use it. We had to provide some security information which was reasonable.
It certainly made getting around much easier and was way better than a wheelchair. I was able to have a good look around the shops which was great having been fairly housebound for six weeks.
Really liked this shopping outlet, it was clean and cool with plenty of toilets and places to eat and drink. The building itself looks like a former railway works property with so much character and charm.
A good selection of shops and some bargains to be had.
Would definitely go back and thought the parking was very reasonable at £2.45 for up to 5 hours.
