点评:This used to be one of our favorite water parks, great rides and close to Houston but since covid we continue to be disappointed. When we visited last summer multiple rides were closed including massiv. For our visit today I ordered 3 tickets, 2 fast passes and 2 all day drink cups. The tickets and fast passes worked out but when we showed up there were no cups available. Their solution was 5oz disposable paper cups in place of our $18.99 souvenir cup. I didn’t bring enough water/drinks because I had purchased what I thought was an all day cup. When I asked customer service for a refund I was told I already redeemed the pass for the paper cups and they couldn’t assist. Don’t sell something online that isn’t available! Also, multiple food and drinks stations were never opened, most rides had very few rafts so longer than normal wait times and staff was rude. We will think twice before visiting again, not our favorite waterpark any longer.
