Afternoon tea at Caramoor

点评：Well, on this Valentine’s Day what else is more intriguing than an afternoon tea in Rosen House Music Room. What a great idea.
Upon arrival, the host offered free Photo Booth shots, couple and family were gathering for a lovely photo session and photos were printed instantly and digital copies were sent to your phone immediately. On the side adults and kids are working on crafting a valentine card to their loved ones.
Once we walked to the main music room, the host took us to the table pre-reserved at the time when tickets were purchased. Wow, the room is just simply amazing. Each couple and family have their own table, we had a choice of 4 different teas to pick, my wife chose Earl Grey and I picked Green tea. The chocolate chip scone with crème fraiche and jam is already on the plate. Soon after the server brought us the three-tiered stand with all sorts of tea sandwiches. Oh goodness, they were all delicious. I particularly enjoyed Turkey salad with apple and cranberry in a phyllo cup and cucumber, mint cream cheese on black bread. They were just all right delicious. Desserts were chocolate dipped strawberry, lemon bar and French macaron. It is just amazing with such a beautiful surroundings.
After the meal we took a self guided tour of Rosen House and experienced some history of the family and their contributions to the local community.
