点评：I recently rented a Thule bike rack from Exclusive Sport Rentals, and the customer service was exceptional from start to finish.
Alex was fantastic to work with before the rental, answering all of my questions and making the process easy. At pickup, the staff installed the rack on my vehicle and took the time to show me exactly how to use it.
After getting home, I discovered that two of the four security locks wouldn't work with the key. I called around 5:00 p.m. on a Friday, expecting to deal with it later. Instead, Alex personally drove across Toronto during rush hour to bring replacement lock cores so our trip wouldn't be delayed. That's the kind of service you rarely see anymore.
Returning the rack was just as easy—the staff removed it from my car, and I was on my way in minutes.
I highly recommend Alex and the entire team at Exclusive Sport Rentals. They truly went above and beyond. Five stars without hesitation.
