Big Blue Collective的点评
点评：5 Star ⭐️ on every level! After researching best option for our family (of 7), I had our decision narrowed down to Prive, Poseidon, Caicos Catalyst, 6 Blues, and Big Blue Collective. From the initial communication inquiry - getting information, the upgrade surprise, the kindness at check-in and departure, and crew (!!!), it was obvious they were next level in comparison. We have chartered yachts and Catamarans in various places (Cabo, St Thomas, Nassau), but our experience on BLUE MOON with Big Blue Collective was one of my favorites. EVER. Our crew ♥️ (Nadja, Amelie and Bailey) provided above and beyond service, knowledge and care from beginning to end. They were so attentive to our kids requests, were so pleasant and willing to serve without question. Grateful for a wonderful experience of a lifetime. I’m a Big Blue Collective customer for life!
翻译：各方面都堪称五星⭐️！在为我们一家七口挑选最合适的选择时，我最终将范围缩小到Prive、Poseidon、Caicos Catalyst、6 Blues以及Big Blue Collective这几个选项。从最初的咨询沟通、信息获取，到意外的升级服务，再到入住与离店时的贴心服务以及优秀的船员团队（！！！），都明显显示出他们水平超群。我们曾在多个地方包租过游艇和双体船（卡波圣卢卡斯、圣托马斯岛、拿骚）。不过，我和Big Blue Collective在BLUE MOON的经历绝对是我一生中最喜欢的回忆之一。我们的团队成员——Nadja、Amelie和Bailey——从始至终都提供了超乎期待的服务、专业的知识以及无微不至的关怀。她们细心倾听孩子们的需求，态度亲切友善，还毫无怨言地乐于提供帮助。这次经历真是一生难忘的美好体验！我今后也会一直是Big Blue Collective的忠实客户！
