Great golf, skip the grill

点评：This review is about the grill restaurant at the Thunder Bay, MI golf course.
My wife and I and another couple had lunch there today after playing nine holes on their very nice and reasonably priced course. The golf experience was excellent.
The lunch started out fine, with our server taking the drinks order promptly. THe servers had a shift change during our lunch, and both women were very good.
The food, on the other hand, was terrible. We started off with onion rings, which were very overcooked, with most bing very dark brown, almost black. We could not believe that the cook would send them out. Since we were starving, we ate them smothered in ketchup.
My Reuben sandwich was sloppy, with way too much sauce, and too little meat. The meat was poor, with lots of fat and gristle. My friend, could not handle his sandwich,a and ended up with a pile of soggy bread on his plate.
My cole slaw was inedible, with no flavor and too much onion.
Finally, my wife's chicken taco had no seasoning, and the hard taco shells were stale.
When she saw the mess on my friend's plate, the server took the reuben off the bill.
As I said before, the servers were fine, but the food was not.

当服务员看到我朋友盘子里的一片狼藉后，便把里夫堡三明治的费用从账单上扣除了。
