点评：Although the trip itself was amazing due to the stunning views. We were advised that due to a fire we would have to terminate the train earlier than the final destination of Tirano and continue the journey via bus. There was no clear guidance given by the train staff onboard other than you're getting off now thanks or the station staff (or lack of!) Passengers were left in High temperatures with no access to water. Our family has additional needs and a young child and we were waiting over an hour for the bus to arrive to then take us to Tirano (45 mins).
Staff at the station did not know what was going on, passengers from later standard trains were pushing in ahead of those that had been waiting longer and staff did not intervene or offer support. Luckily we did not have an onward journey to catch but we still missed out on time in Tirano. The train itself was comfortable with large windows and views from either side although any photos just have reflections in them! You stop off at one point for photos /view then back on. Few snacks and drinks offered on board but disappointed that they were offerred late into the journey right before we were getting off. Complimentary chocolates and drink given also which was a nice touch. Overall definitely something everyone should experience once in their life but hope that the company treat customers better and make better arrangements in future by putting passengers experience first has this really ruined our experience and day!
