点评：I booked a "Luxury Sailing in Banderas Bay" activity for my family vacation to Puerto Vallarta. We have travelled to Mexico a lot and were looking for a smaller boat experience that was not a large and more crowded Catamaran. I specifically booked this tour (and paid more) for the smaller "Leopard or Beneteau" sailboat that was advertised on Expedia and with photos of those smaller sailboats. When we arrived, the staff told us that there were 19 other people on the tour with us. I told them that we booked the smaller boat experience and paid more money for it. They said that it didn't matter and the only option was to go on the Catamaran with all of the other people. We made the difficult decision just to walk away from the activity because we did not trust the tour operator at that point. I tried to obtain a refund through the operator and then through Expedia but the operator disputed the request and said that they did not cancel the tour which is a flat out lie. It is really disappointing that they tried this bait and switch on us. I told them that if they had offered us a credit for the difference between the two tours then we might have considered it but they just wanted to downgrade the booking without our permission or any credit for the difference in the activities.
