The best meal in Nova Scotia!

点评：We have eaten all over Nova Scotia during our 3 weeks here, but no place measures up to this one. We were actually here the year they opened, when they were (as far as I recall) the only winery in NS. At that time, they had only one red and one white wine, and I don't think those wines even had names. I don't recall there being any food service. What a joy to return and find that it has expanded to include a fantastic restaurant offering gourmet meals. The food and wine, Tidal Bay in this case, were superb. We shared an outstanding salad and bread service; my wife had the duck confit, and I enjoyed the best salmon I've had in ages (and I eat a lot of salmon). My wife loved her dish, and we enjoyed the dessert plate of Italian pastry, ice cream, and berries, topped off with a great cup of coffee. Service was first rate, and our server could not have been more attentive. I wish we had eaten here more than once, but we'll be back on our next visit to Wolfville.
