点评：This is a difficult review to write as there were some highlights of the experience and I hate that less people booking would negatively impact the animals’ welfare. However, this was mostly a nightmare. We arrived 20 minutes before our start time (10 minutes late) and Dana did not even start getting horses ready for another 20 minutes. It took 45-60 minutes for Dana to get the horses ready, another 20 to get everyone on. She gave minimal instructions and yelled at everyone for not following instructions that were never given, despite two of us asking repeatedly and informing her of no experience. She put me on a massive horse then told me he bites often and doesn’t like to follow instructions. I had to ask for helmets despite having three children with us, as young as 8. She took us through water and then screamed at a child that her horse isn’t supposed to go in the water bc she will roll her and could drown her. The route is dangerously up and down hill and every animal seemed to barely be able to complete our hour long ride. Dana insisted a donkey could be rode, when it wouldn’t move she pulled a branch down and instructed the rider to hit the donkey. Rider refused and had to stop the trip and walk the Donkey home. Dana paid no attention to time, and got us back 30 minutes
Late and then asked us to pay for the person behind us and will not give us the pictures she forced us to take, which made us late. Save your money, this is NOT worth it unless you have all day, don’t mind being yelled at, like to live on the edge with horses who aren’t trained to be ridden properly and bite, and just want a wacky story to tell. I’d donate food to Dana for the animals, as it’s not their fault, but I wouldn’t ever go there again!
