点评：I can recommend Nijhoom Tours as a genuine and professional operator in Bangladesh. Just picking someone off the internet has risks but I found Hasan to be transparent and honest in all dealings. Communication was prompt and the pre-tour information was thorough.
I chose the 8 day Sundarbans tour and the itinerary was well-designed and balanced. The guide Piku was very earnest and keen to ensure I had a good experience.
Dhaka is a full-on experience with congestion, noise and chaos. You can explore it on your own (and I did at times) but having a guide and driver means you can see a lot more in a given time and in greater comfort.
Bangladesh overall is a safe place to visit (though the driving can be a bit scary) and there is good roading infrastructure. Many passport-holders are eligible for visa on arrival at the airport; the process is straightforward though with the counters understaffed some queuing is needed.
I'm glad I visited Bangladesh, and Nijhoom Tours provided an excellent service.
