点评：a friend of ours reached out to this shooting range in advance to arrange a group activity for my bachelor weekend in mid-January. During the conversation, they specifically said we wanted to book for 5–10 people on the 15th, and they were told “ok”. No further details were provided about deposits, confirmation steps, or any conditions attached to the booking, despite them asking how to secure it.
Based on that response, they understood the booking to be accepted and planned the weekend around it. Several days later, he was informed that the date was no longer available, which came as a complete surprise.
When he tried to clarify the situation and find an alternative solution, the responses were abrupt and unhelpful, including being told to look things up himself when asking about transport. Unfortunately, this poor communication and lack of professionalism caused significant disruption to what was meant to be a well-planned bachelor party.
Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I would advise anyone organising a group event to get everything clearly confirmed in writing before relying on a booking here.
