点评：if i could leave zero stars i would. We contacted this shooting range several days in advance to organise an activity for a bachelor party taking place on 15–16 January. I clearly stated that we wanted to book for 5–10 people on the 15th, and the response I received was “ok”, with no indication that the booking was provisional, nor any request for a deposit, confirmation, or final numbers which in a previous message i had asked them to provide all the details and specifications on.
At no point were booking conditions explained, despite me explicitly asking about availability and how to secure the booking. I reasonably understood that we were booked and informed our group accordingly.
Days later, I was suddenly told that the 15th was fully booked, leaving us without the main activity we had planned our weekend around. When I tried to explain the misunderstanding and asked for a workaround, the communication became dismissive and unprofessional (including being told to “google it” when asking a basic travel question).
This lack of clarity, poor communication, and unwillingness to take responsibility for a misunderstanding caused major disruption to our bachelor party plans. For group events especially, I would strongly recommend getting very clear written confirmation, as our experience was extremely disappointing.
he was incredibly unprofessional. they have shot themselves in the foot as i handle staff and staff parties and corporate events accross many businesses and that would have been quite high profit on return businesses had we had a pleasant experience but we didnt even get to the facility and it was a horrible one. constantly threatened with lawsuits, court, lawyers. i ask that surely there is a work around where we can suit everyone and the business had no interest in any such conversation. telling me hes saving pictures of me and saving our chats etc
