He helped us arrange a seamless travel itinerary: a private transfer from Haiphong Airport to Ninh Binh, another private transfer from Ninh Binh to our Ha Long Bay cruise pier, and a bus from the pier back to the Old Quarter.
Mr. Phuong was incredibly attentive and responsive, replying to all our messages almost instantly. Even when our plans and dates shifted, he was extremely understanding and accommodated our changing requests without any hesitation.
Their pricing is very competitive, and the service is completely clean, professional, and reliable. Payment was straightforward: we paid a small $10 booking fee via card to secure the private transfer, and the rest was paid in cash.
