As mentioned, overall this was disappointing. I would not recommend it to others at this time.

点评：Beautiful historic grounds, but lacks value and customer service. The Banyan trees and lush gardens are beautiful, very clean, and smell fine. The parrots at the beginning were a lot of fun to watch, but staff removed them early due to suspected lightning that never came, and they never brought them back.Unfortunately, we didn't feel it was worth the money our family spent. We only saw lots of birds and a few alligators. The otters were nowhere to be found, and there are far too many vacant enclosures. It needs many more exhibits to justify the price.The customer service was also disappointing. I tried to ask a couple of questions, but staff pretended not to hear me and walked away. When I asked the front desk how old the front parrots were, she said she had no idea and made no effort to find out. The property would benefit greatly from more signage on the cages detailing the animals' ages and history. Overall, it was disappointing.
